Job summary

Spinwell is recruiting a Supply Chain Manager for an 18-month contract in Reading, 100% onsite. You will lead commercial supply chain strategies, align with Tech Centres, and act as a trusted advisor on Make/Buy decisions, cost of ownership, and risk management to maximise value for the business unit.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Partnering, you will build cross-functional relationships, drive demand planning, and ensure compliant procurement in a high-regulated environment, including DV

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain or procurement (5–7 years).
• Experience in GMP/manufacturing or high-regulated industries.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SCM commercial strategy for the Tech Centre.
• Own investment planning decisions including Make/Buy.
• Develop demand plans and align with Programme Directors.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and value-for-money initiatives.
• Act as trusted advisor between SCM and the Tech Centre.
