Eurofins Livingston is seeking a Chemistry Operations support role to back the operation and development of the Chemistry department at our site in Scotland. Working hours: 09:00-17:15 (4 days) and 09:00-17:30 (1 day).

The role covers data review, chemistry testing, method verification and CAPA/change controls, ensuring quality and compliance. The successful candidate will have a life sciences degree and experience in GMP/GLP environments or chemistry roles, with a focus on quality,

Qualifications

• Experience in GMP/GLP environment or Chemistry role.
• Degree in life sciences preferred.

Responsibilities

• Data Review of Chemistry testing data.
• Chemistry testing.
• Method verification, method transfer.
• Support resolution of quality issues.
• Support root cause analysis and quality risk assessments.
• Management of chemistry materials.
• Management of laboratory glassware.
• Registration of standards and reagents.
• Review of standards and reagent registration.
• Writing and reviewing procedures, protocols, reports.
• Writing exceptions.
• Implementation of CAPA.
• Implementation of Change controls.
• Support with equipment calibration, qualification and maintenance.
• Propose and implement continuous improvements.
• Writing of CSV protocols and reports.
• H&S representative.
