Job summary

Thomas Franks Ltd in Bolton is seeking a Senior Chef to join our onsite team. This full‑time role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:00–15:00, with some weekend events.

You will lead kitchen operations, plan menus using fresh seasonal ingredients, and ensure brand standards are met. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a fast-paced catering environment, strong leadership, and solid food hygiene and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience with fresh ingredients and cooking from scratch.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced catering environment.
• Knowledge of brand standards and menu execution.
• Strong emphasis on hygiene and allergen controls.

Responsibilities

• To work well in a team, providing lunch & hospitality.
• To produce food for service using fresh ingredients, cooking from scratch and following the company’s brand standards.
• Ensuring company food standards are adhered to and wastage controlled.
• Ensuring all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed.
