Qualifications

• Ability to demonstrate reasonable/good understanding and use of verbal English.
• Good written English and reading skills.
• Similar experience in a customer and/or food preparation environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work well in a team, assisting the Chef team and providing breakfast and lunch service.
• Produce food for service using fresh ingredients, cooking from scratch and following brand standards.
• Ensure food hygiene and safety policies, allergen controls and wastage management are followed.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
