Job summary

Isio’s Enplan team seeks an experienced Scheme Actuary to lead a fast‑growing consolidation proposition in the UK. You will combine senior actuarial delivery with trustee‑facing advice and team leadership to shape Enplan’s offering.

Day to day you will act as Scheme Actuary for a portfolio of Enplan schemes, manage complex calculations, drive client engagements, and develop junior staff while expanding our advisory footprint across markets.

Qualifications

• Qualified actuary (FIA/FFA) with Scheme Actuary certification or ability to obtain it.
• Strong track record advising Trustee Boards and managing Scheme Actuary appointments.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain complex issues to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as Scheme Actuary for a portfolio of Enplan schemes.
• Deliver high-quality actuarial calculations and written advisory work.
• Lead client engagements with planning, budgets, and stakeholder management.
• Coach Analysts and Managers, supporting their development.
• Grow the Enplan offering with a commercial mindset.
• Share knowledge across the pensions team.
• Shape how Enplan evolves with market changes.
