Isio is seeking actuarial students and professionals with UK DB pensions experience to join its Actuarial & Consulting team, advising trustees, sponsors, and public sector clients. The role emphasizes delivering DB pensions advice, building client relationships, and leading projects with a commercial, entrepreneurial mindset.

You will work across multiple locations in the UK with a hybrid work model, collaborating with colleagues to develop others and progress within the team.

Qualifications

• Great communicational ability to explain complex problems clearly.

• Experience in UK DB pensions advisory is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver UK DB Pensions advice to clients, managing projects directly or with partners.
• Build and maintain client relationships and work within teams to develop others.
• Assist in developing new business with existing and new clients.
• Lead project work as Assistant Manager: valuations, pension strategy development, member communications, data projects.
