The role ensures SCADA and OT integration solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise digital transformation strategies across multi‑site utilities, with strong technical leadership across IT/OT domains.

Qualifications

• Experience designing enterprise-scale SCADA architectures.
• Strong IT/OT convergence expertise and stakeholder leadership.
• Ability to lead across multidisciplinary teams and complex estates.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise SCADA and OT platform option assessments, defining future-ready reference architectures across deployment models.
• Provide technical leadership across converged IT/OT domains, ensuring alignment of requirements, architectures, standards and roadmaps.
• Define and govern vendor-agnostic SCADA and OT platform selection criteria, including interoperability and lifecycle management.
• Own and shape the Unified Namespace and standardisation approach, including asset models and metadata conventions.
• Champion modern OT integration patterns, enabling secure data flows between OT, enterprise and cloud.
• Chair architectural and technical design reviews with clear risk management and auditability.
