Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Engineering.
• Proficiency in telecommunications technologies and satellite systems.
• Strong analytical and system engineering skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a complex, international matrix organization.
• Knowledge of PKI.
• Knowledge of software development and engineering techniques.
• Experience managing large cross-site programs.
• Experience in aerospace environments and aviation regulatory environment.
• Ability to lead technical teams with varying experience.
• Experience navigating complex regulatory environments with multiple collaborators.
• Senior management engagement experience.

Responsibilities

• Planning, managing and delivering large (up to $50M), multi-year service and infrastructure development programs.
• Reporting overall program progress to end customers at senior level.
• Managing program partners and suppliers to ensure coordination and delivery.
• Leading technical teams and making pragmatic trade-offs on schedule, budget, risk, and quality.
• Distilling complex technical concepts into presentations for senior leadership.
• Supporting business development to deliver customer solutions.
• Engaging with telecoms and aerospace regulatory bodies as needed.
• Frequent global international travel may be required.
