Job summary

PwC is expanding its SAP training practice in the UK, seeking a Senior Manager who can lead training across complex SAP S/4HANA programmes, shaping strategy, governance and adoption outcomes. You will develop persona-based strategies and align learning to client milestones and operating models.

You will oversee end-to-end training lifecycle, design scalable delivery, apply AI and learning tech, and support business development through proposals and solution shaping.

Qualifications

• Experience leading training on large-scale, technology-enabled transformations.
• Owned training agenda for global or multi-site programmes, from strategy through adoption.
• ERP training programmes focusing on SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the training agenda across complex SAP S/4HANA programmes, accountable for strategy, governance, quality and measurable adoption outcomes.
• Develop persona-based training strategies aligned to client needs, programme milestones, business readiness and the target operating model.
• Advise sponsors and senior stakeholders, translating business priorities into learning decisions while managing scope, risks, resources and expectations.
• Lead and develop PwC and client teams, setting direction and building sustainable training capability.
• Oversee the end-to-end training lifecycle: needs assessment, curricula, learner journeys, content development, delivery, evaluation and transition to business as usual.
• Design scalable delivery and knowledge-transfer models for regional and global populations, including train-the-trainer and client-owned capability.
• Apply AI, learning technologies such as SAP WalkMe, and interventions like hackathons or virtual rooms.
• Support business development through client proposal development, pitch attendance and solution shaping.
