Job summary

BOSS ERP Consulting is seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to support complex, large-scale implementations for high-profile clients. You will design payroll architectures, translate business requirements into blueprints, and deliver robust SAP SuccessFactors solutions with expertise in Employee Central Payroll and related integrations.

You will lead teams across onshore and offshore delivery models, run requirements workshops, and ensure high-quality documentation and successful

Qualifications

Experienced SAP Payroll consultant with hands-on project lifecycle experience.
Leads requirements workshops and guides project delivery, esp. Payroll comparison testing.
Experience in Live Support environments is advantageous.
Strong SAP Payroll knowledge with integration awareness to 3rd party products (Benefits, Time Mgmt., Payroll).
Excellent communication for senior client stakeholders and agile teams.

Responsibilities

Support large-scale SAP SuccessFactors implementations for high-profile clients.
Lead multi-workstream initiatives and design HR/Payroll architecture blueprints.
Develop and implement payroll solutions with PCC, HCM integrations, and S/4HANA interfaces.
Prepare design documents, functional specs, WRICEFs, and ensure quality delivery.
Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to demonstrate capabilities to clients.
