Job summary

BOSS ERP Consulting in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to support large-scale implementations for high-profile clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design innovative SAP SuccessFactors solutions with Payroll expertise, including working across Payroll and HR integrations.

You will lead multi-workstream delivery, run requirements workshops, and guide clients on best practices while staying aligned with SAP roadmap.

Qualifications

• Experienced SAP Payroll consultant with multiple project lifecycles.
• Lead requirements workshops and team through delivery.
• Experience in Live Support environments is advantageous.
• Strong SAP Payroll knowledge across modules and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement SAP SuccessFactors solutions with Payroll focus.
• Guide clients on SAP best practises and roadmap.
• Contribute to pre-sales and demos for prospective clients.
• Prepare design documents and functional specs.
