Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Consultant to support large‑scale SAP SuccessFactors implementations for high‑profile clients in the UK. The role involves collaborating with global teams, delivering innovative SAP EC Payroll solutions, and guiding multi‑workstream projects with a focus on hybrid delivery models.

You will work across Payroll architecture, design, and integration, while staying current with SAP technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

• Experienced SAP Payroll consultant with hands‑on experience across multiple project lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Develop Payroll architecture blueprints, strategies and roadmaps.
• Translate requirements into an architectural blueprint delivering business objectives.
• Implement SAP SuccessFactors solutions with Payroll expertise including PCC.
• Lead design and build of payroll integrations and configurations.
• Guide clients on SAP best practices and SuccessFactors roadmap.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Lead high performing teams with on/offshore delivery models.
• Prepare documentation artefacts (Design Documents, Functional Specs, WRICEFs).
• Contribute to pre‑sales and expert demos for prospective clients.
