Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering SAP programmes, ideally within S/4HANA environments.
• Strong track record leading full lifecycle SAP implementations.
• Confidence managing senior stakeholders and complex programme landscapes.
• Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, scope, and project finances.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identifying, managing, and resolving programme risks and delivery challenges
• Supporting business development activities, proposal creation, and solution shaping
• Contributing to delivery excellence through continuous improvement, governance enhancement, and mentoring colleagues

As our SAP practice continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Senior SAP Project Manager to help lead and deliver complex S/4HANA transformation programmes for our clients.

Based in either our Slough or Aberdeen office, this is a hybrid role offering the opportunity to work closely with clients, senior stakeholders, and delivery teams across the UK and internationally.

This isn't a role focused on maintaining plans and reporting status.

We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, influencing outcomes, and being accountable for successful delivery from initiation through to go-live and beyond.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA programmes and large-scale transformation initiatives


• Managing complex, multi-workstream project environments across onshore and offshore teams
