Job summary

Sinewave is seeking a Project Engineer – Senior Authorised Person (SAP) to support HV and LV installations across the UK, including EV, renewables and I&C projects. You will ensure safe, high-quality installations on major networks and lead junior team members.

You will plan, coordinate projects, supervise site personnel, assist in testing and commissioning, and help train colleagues aspiring to become LV AP or HV AP.

Qualifications

• Possess authorisations up to 33kV including permit to work.
• CSCS qualification.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
• Hold a Full UK driving licence (3 points max).

Responsibilities

• You'll manage and supervise all site personnel working on HV & LV networks.
• You’ll assist in testing and commissioning of HV/LV distribution systems.
• You will plan and co-ordinate projects and fault response callouts.
• You’ll assist in the training and development of colleagues wishing to become LV AP or HV AP.
• You will carry out audits, produce reports for works undertaken and manage project budgets.
• Act as a Standby Engineer for the O&M portfolio with over 2000 sites across the UK.
