Job summary

CBSbutler is seeking an experienced SAP HR/Payroll Consultant to join our delivery team in a hands-on role across SAP HCM and Payroll. You will contribute to solution design, configuration and live service support within a multi-supplier environment.

The role involves working on SAP Payroll and HCM modules, with exposure to SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, BTP, Concur and Cloud Analytics in a large-scale SAP estate.

• Support both project delivery and Live Service environments.
• Investigate issues and translate requirements into effective SAP solutions.
• Produce high-quality Solution Documents, Functional Specifications, WRICEFs and other documentation.
• Work closely with client stakeholders and technical teams to deliver solutions.
• Provide estimates and contribute to planning and delivery.
• Collaborate with experienced onshore and offshore SAP teams.
