Job summary

Computer Futures is seeking an experienced SAP HR / Payroll Consultant to join a major digital transformation programme within a large public sector environment. You will design, configure and support SAP HCM and Payroll across a broad SAP landscape and contribute to live service delivery.

The role requires end-to-end SAP Payroll expertise, PA/OM, ESS, Time Management and SuccessFactors, working in a multi‑supplier environment with onshore/offshore teams.

Qualifications

• Proven SAP Payroll consultant with end-to-end project deliveries.
• Strong background in SAP environments for project and BAU/live support.
• Expert SAP Payroll knowledge.
• Experience across PA, OM, Employee & Manager Self-Service, Time Management, Travel Management, SuccessFactors, Country Legal Changes.
• Experience in large, complex SAP landscapes and multi-vendor environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, enhance and support SAP HCM and Payroll solutions.
• Work within established HCM and Payroll team in a large SAP practice.
• Investigate, analyse and resolve live service issues across SAP Payroll and HCM.
• Deliver project work in a multi-supplier environment with quality and timeliness.
• Produce and maintain documentation: Solution Design Documents, Functional Specifications, WRICEF, technical artefacts.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams reporting into Team Lead.
• Provide delivery estimates and contribute to project planning.
• Engage with client stakeholders to provide support and effective solutions.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and continuous service improvements.
