In this pivotal role, you’ll join a growing SAP Finance team as a Managing SAP FI/CO consultant and have the opportunity to work in a lead role with experienced colleagues on various finance-related SAP projects, including Finance Transformation, S/4HANA migrations, Proof of Concepts, and Strategic Studies.

The role offers exposure to complex FI/CO concepts, allowing for personal growth and an opportunity to demonstrate leadership and SAP functional skills in dynamic environments. Certification in S/4HANA Finance is expected within the first year if not already certified.

You will collaborate with our UK SAP Centre of Excellence to develop our pipeline, improve our offers, and support project delivery in advisory and implementation roles at a senior level.

About our UK SAP Practice Team: Capgemini UK is a leading SAP Integration Partner with over 1000 SAP practitioners across the UK and India, ranked #1 for SAP S/4HANA certifications globally. We assist clients with complex SAP transformations, leveraging the latest SAP products, industry knowledge, and innovative delivery methodologies.

Hybrid working: Your work location will vary between company offices, client sites, and home, based on role and needs. The onboarding process includes pre-employment checks such as identity, nationality/immigration status, employment history, and criminal record checks.

Your role:

1. Deliver projects across our client base in various roles: advisory, solution reviews, proof of concepts, S/4HANA conversions, and system optimizations.
2. Assist the SAP Finance Tower leadership with strategy implementation and capability development.
3. Mentor emerging talent within the SAP Finance community.
4. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders in the UK, Europe, and globally.
5. Work closely with client leadership to achieve project goals.
6. Contribute to the growth of the SAP practice.

Your skills and experience:

• Innovative, open-minded, with a passion for change and new ideas.
• Proven track record in project delivery and sales engagement.
• Experienced SAP FI/CO consultant with direct SAP S/4HANA experience and familiarity with the SAP Intelligent Enterprise and application integration.
• Strong client engagement skills and ability to develop client relationships.
• Experience in bid responses and client presentations.
• Understanding of Finance transformation themes and related applications.

Your Security Clearance: To be appointed, you must obtain Security Check (SC) clearance, which requires residency in the UK for the past 5 years, among other criteria. You may be asked about your nationality and citizenship status during recruitment.
