Job summary

Zip is seeking a Solutions Architect to shape the ERP and integration foundation powering our SAP ecosystem. You will design, maintain, and iterate on Zip-owned templates for SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and Ariba, enabling scalable, repeatable customer implementations.

You'll partner with Engineering, Product, and Design to align templates with core product architecture and field insights, turning complex requirements into robust, reusable assets while guiding pre-sales and implementation work.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on SAP ERP integrations or Ariba experience.
• Strong foundational knowledge of MM and FI data models in SAP.
• Ability to translate highly technical information for audiences with varying technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Architect and standardize SAP integrations (ECC and S/4HANA) templates.
• Bridge product and field to keep templates aligned with architecture and customer needs.
• Identify reusable data mapping patterns from complex implementations.
• Support pre-sales engineering with integration architectures for new customers.
• Define and champion best practices for technical solution consulting.
• Become a multi-ERP expert across SAP and other ERP ecosystems.
• Design and modify API configurations and templates to enable scalable deployments.
