Job summary

Experis - ManpowerGroup is seeking an experienced SAP Technical Architect to lead architectural decisions across large SAP landscapes. You will translate business needs into robust technical solutions, define target architectures, and ensure delivery aligns with enterprise standards.

The role collaborates with functional consultants, project managers, delivery teams and third-party suppliers to govern and assure successful SAP implementations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an SAP Technical Architect in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of SAP technical architecture and high-volume SAP solutions.
• Experience designing and governing complex SAP implementations.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the technical architecture for SAP projects and programmes.
• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Provide architectural governance and assurance throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Ensure alignment between technical solutions, functional designs, and enterprise architecture standards.
• Lead technical solution scoping, feasibility assessments, and infrastructure reviews.
• Define SAP landscapes, system sizing, and environment strategies.
• Manage non-functional requirements including performance, resilience, and security.
• Support project teams with technical leadership and architectural guidance.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, vendors and partners.
• Contribute to evolution of SAP architecture standards and templates.
