Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an SAP Lead Automation Test Engineer to join the Quality Engineering and Test Practice in the UK. The role involves designing and implementing automation strategies for SAP S/4HANA, leading a team of automation engineers, and integrating assets into CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI.

You will collaborate with developers and analysts, manage test lifecycles, and produce SIT/UAT reporting.

Qualifications

Experience leading SAP end‑to‑end automation testing for SAP S/4HANA modules (HR, procurement, etc.).
Ability to design and implement automation strategies and plans for SAP applications and integrations.
Proven ability to mentor a team of automation engineers and integrate assets into CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

Lead Automation Testing across SAP and non‑SAP systems, delivering reliable test automation assets.
Collaborate with developers, analysts, and QA teams to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI).
Produce documentation and reports for SIT and UAT, with automation visibility in Test Manager.
