Job summary

Sogeti, part of Capgemini Group, seeks an SAP Lead Automation Test Engineer to drive automation testing for SAP S/4HANA across HR, procurement, finance and related processes. You will design and implement automation strategies, lead a team of automation engineers, and collaborate across CI/CD pipelines and defect tracking tools.

You will need to obtain SC clearance and can work in a hybrid model from various UK locations, with a focus on delivering value rapidly in client projects.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SAP E2E automation testing.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules: Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Finance, Procurement, MM, SCM.
• Expertise with automation tools: Tosca, Selenium, Certify, UFT, TestComplete or similar.
• Ability to integrate automation assets with CI/CD (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI).
• Experience mentoring team members and producing clear reports for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation testing efforts and produce documentation for SIT/UAT.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts and stakeholders to integrate automation assets into CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage test automation assets and versions in code repositories (Git).
• Ensure defect management and testing life-cycle adherence.
