Job summary
The Config Team in the UK is seeking a Senior SAP AMS Support Consultant to deliver day-to-day SAP AMS client support across SAP SD, MM and PP. This permanent, full-time role offers remote work from a UK base and the opportunity to shape incident resolution, service requests, and minor changes within ITIL guidelines.
You will own SAP AMS activities across modules, support The Config Team products and mobile solutions, and develop a deep understanding of client business processes to provide

- Functional experience in SAP SD, MM and PP.
- Knowledge of SAP processes and best practices.
- Strong problem solving in SAP environments.
- Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.

- Manage service requests, incidents, and minor changes per ITIL.
