Job summary

Vallum in Leeds seeks an experienced Enterprise Salesforce Architect to lead end-to-end architecture for Service Cloud and Agentforce initiatives. You will define target-state architecture, integration patterns, security, data modeling, and deployment strategies while shaping operational readiness.

The role requires hands-on expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components, REST/SOAP APIs, and mature experience in CI/CD via Salesforce DX, Copado or Gearset.

Qualifications

• Extensive Salesforce delivery experience with hands-on implementation background (12+ years total, 8+ years Salesforce).
• Expert-level Salesforce Service Cloud architecture in enterprise environments.
• Proven experience defining trunk-based development for enterprise Salesforce delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical architecture for Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce workstreams.
• Define target-state architecture covering service cloud, integration, security, data model and deployment strategy.
• Design scalable Service Cloud capabilities including case management, omnichannel, knowledge, entitlements and automation.
• Provide hands-on architecture guidance for Agentforce agents, prompts, grounding, and service workflows.
