Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical architecture across Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce, defining target-state architecture.
• Define DevOps strategy across Azure DevOps, Salesforce DX, Git and CI/CD, including environment management and deployment automation.
• Govern technical designs, integrations, code quality, test automation, security and release readiness.
