Job summary

Steadman Brown is expanding its Salesforce team in the UK and seeks a Senior Salesforce Engineer to own complex implementations across Salesforce and adjacent web applications. You will lead developers, partner with the Solution Architect on design, and drive delivery from build through deployment.

You will work across Sales, Service, Experience, and integrations, mentoring juniors and ensuring quality, security and performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing on the Salesforce platform with LWC, Apex and Flow.
• Experience building or supporting web/business applications outside Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce development best practices balancing declarative config and custom development.
• Experience delivering complex solutions in enterprise environments.
• Experience pairing with Solution Architects to implement designs and deliver solutions.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs and integration platforms.
• Previous experience leading technical delivery within an engineering team.
• Knowledge of modern DevOps and deployment tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub or Copado.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise applications focusing on Salesforce and web apps.
• Translate designs with the Solution Architect into technical solutions.
• Lead end-to-end development lifecycle: design, build, test, deploy and support.
• Deliver Salesforce solutions using best practices, including declarative config and coding.
• Design complex business processes, UI and integrations to meet evolving needs.
• Build and maintain Salesforce integrations with external systems.
• Lead development activities across the DevOps lifecycle and CI/CD practices.
• Provide code reviews and mentorship to developers to ensure quality and security.
