Job summary

Sage is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join its Product Engineering Team, with options in Winnersh (Reading area) or Newcastle, UK. The role is hybrid with three days onsite, delivering scalable Salesforce-based product work within a mature SaaS environment.

You will work with Apex, SOQL, JavaScript, Lightning and APIs, contribute to architecture decisions, and mentor peers to uphold code quality and performance standards.

Qualifications

• Senior Salesforce developer with product/SaaS/ISV experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Apex, SOQL, JavaScript, Lightning and LWC.
• Experience with Salesforce design and architecture.
• Ability to design scalable, secure Salesforce solutions.
• Strong OO programming background (Java/C#).

Responsibilities

• Own complex technical delivery and contribute to product architecture.
• Develop features with Apex, SOQL, LWC, Lightning, APIs.
• Translate business requirements into robust designs.
• Participate in architecture reviews and design governance.
• Mentor engineers and review code.
