Sage is hiring a Graduate / Associate Salesforce Developer to join the Sage People product engineering team in Winnersh. This early-career role offers hands-on Salesforce exposure and modern software development experience in a global SaaS environment.

You’ll learn across Salesforce, Apex, SOQL, Lightning and Lightning Web Components while contributing to a team that values collaboration, knowledge sharing and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Solid foundations in software development from degree, internship or projects.
• Experience or interest in Salesforce, Java or JavaScript.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with APIs, databases or web apps is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain functionality for our global SaaS product.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-structured code.
• Build expertise in Salesforce, Apex, SOQL, Lightning and LWC.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, architects and product managers.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Work with Git, Jira and CI/CD practices.
