Job summary

Triple Point in London is seeking a Salesforce Solution & DevOps Architect to own the in-house DevOps and release capability for the Salesforce estate. You will blend design, development and governance to ensure safe, tested and auditable deployments across Sales, Service and Experience Cloud.

In this senior hands-on role, you will set frameworks for development, QA and release, mentor the team, and govern changes in Jira within ITIL practices, while upholding GDPR/UK GDPR and FCA obligations in

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I & Platform App Builder certifications.
DevOps tooling accreditation (Gearset/Copado).
Salesforce experience across Sales, Service and Experience Cloud in regulated financial services.

Responsibilities

Own Salesforce DevOps and release capability end to end; manage source control and CI/CD pipelines.
Govern what deploys and when; enforce change control and quality gates.
Define and implement QA approach; automated testing integrated into CI/CD.
Own metadata and version-control (SFDX, Metadata API) and improve release automation.
Manage change and release workflows in Jira, aligned with ITIL/ITSM.
Provide solution design across Sales, Service and Experience Cloud; ensure governance and compliance.
