Elsevier in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead end-to-end CRM initiatives, design scalable solutions, and partner with stakeholders to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator certification.
• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification.
• Development experience with Salesforce CPQ (preferred).
• Development experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (preferred).
• Development experience with Conga CLM (preferred).
• Experience with MuleSoft preferred (or other enterprise integration technologies).
• Demonstrated success with at least one large Salesforce integration project.
• Strong understanding of how to build and support scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Experience with Agile projects and JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Act as CRM trusted advisor across all phases of requirement gathering, design, development, testing and deployment.
• Estimate work efforts and lead design, development and implementation responsibilities.
• Provide product and technical expertise when scoping complex projects and integrations.
• Review code and solution summaries to ensure best practices and fit-for-purpose development.
• Integration monitoring, troubleshooting, and future requirement assessment and development.
• Documentation and knowledge sharing on architecture, processes and best practices.
• Apply advanced Salesforce principles and contribute to new developments.
• Handle unusually complex technical problems with innovative solutions.
