Job summary

Steadman Brown is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead a technically focused squad and deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions. You will own the Salesforce org, work with Apex, LWC and Flow to meet business needs, and partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable designs.

You will design, develop, test and maintain Salesforce components, and build scalable integrations across enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven Salesforce Developer with end-to-end implementations.
• Owns Salesforce org and demonstrates technical expertise.
• Experience with Apex, LWC, Flow and automation tooling.
• Experience designing Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a technical team including an Software Engineer, Platform Engineer, Integration Engineer and Operations Engineer.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain frontend and backend application components.
• Build and support scalable APIs, services, and integrations across enterprise platforms.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Solution Architects to refine requirements and technical designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a technical team that comprises of a Software Engineer, Platform Engineer, Integration Engineer and Operations Engineer
• Design, develop, test, and maintain frontend and backend application components.
• Build and support scalable APIs, services, and integrations across enterprise platforms.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Solution Architects to refine requirements and technical designs.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong track record of delivering end to end implementations.
• Taken ownership of the Salesforce org, proving technical expertise.
• Proven experience working with Apex, LWC, Flow & Automation tooling.
• Experience creating the design of Salesforce solutions.
