Job summary

Steadman Brown is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join the team in the UK. You will own Salesforce solutions from design to delivery and work with stakeholders to shape automation, integrations and data quality improvements.

You will lead a small technical team, collaborate with Product Owners and Solution Architects, and build scalable APIs and integrations across enterprise platforms, delivering impactful Salesforce outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with end-to-end implementations.
• Ownership of the Salesforce org and technical leadership.
• Experience with Apex, LWC, Flow and automation tooling.
• Experience designing Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a technical team that comprises of a Software Engineer, Platform Engineer, Integration Engineer and Operations Engineer.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain frontend and backend application components.
• Build and support scalable APIs, services, and integrations across enterprise platforms.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Solution Architects to refine requirements and technical designs.
