Senior Salesforce Developer
6 Month contract initially
Based: Mostly Remote with ad hoc travel to Nottingham (Need basis, days not fixed)
Rate: Market rates (via Umbrella company)

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be at the forefront of delivering transformational capabilities on the Salesforce platform within a fast-paced, agile environment. Leading a cross-functional pod, you will guide the technical direction, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions using the latest Salesforce technologies including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and API integrations.
This role involves close collaboration with Product Managers to transform complex business requirements into robust technical designs and actionable user stories. Your involvement will shape the technical excellence of the team through code reviews, mentoring, and driving development best practices.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on enterprise-scale solutions and leverage cutting-edge Salesforce features and cloud technologies, contributing directly to digital innovation within the customer's ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a cross-functional pod to deliver Salesforce capabilities.
* Work closely with Product Managers to translate requirements into technical solutions and user stories
* Design and develop high-quality, scalable Salesforce customizations using Apex, LWC, Flows, and APIs
* Conduct code and capability reviews and mentor the other members of the pod
* Participate in sprint planning and Agile ceremonies
* Collaborate with other developers to share knowledge and improve delivery consistency
