Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer

Location: Remote (UK-based) with occasional client site visits

An established digital consultancy is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join a high-performing UK-based engineering team. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll lead the development of scalable Salesforce solutions and play a key part in designing products that reshape how businesses operate.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce applications, APIs, and platform integrations.
2. Collaborate with analysts, PMs, and architects to turn business needs into efficient technical solutions.
3. Lead code reviews, ensure coding best practices, and guide junior developers.
4. Contribute to DevOps efforts, CI/CD pipelines, and agile delivery cycles.
5. Stay current with Salesforce trends and bring forward system improvement ideas.

Key Experience & Skills:

• 5+ years of Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, REST/SOAP).
• Proven experience delivering scalable solutions in consultancy or client-facing roles.
• Familiarity with Salesforce configuration — workflows, validation rules, and security models.
• Experience with version control (Git/SVN) and DevOps pipelines.
• Solid grasp of Agile methodologies.
• Confident communicator with stakeholder-facing experience.
