Job summary

NimbusPoint, located in Leeds with services extending to the Midlands and London, is seeking a Senior Salesforce Consultant with extensive Education Industry experience to deliver high-value cloud solutions on the Salesforce platform.

You will lead training, configure customer workflows, and manage end-to-end Salesforce implementations, working with senior staff on workshops, requirements gathering, and training delivery to clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years Salesforce experience.
• Experience leading a team.
• Experience with multiple Salesforce clouds.
• Experience configuring Salesforce: objects, flows, Lightning, page layouts, reporting and data loading.
• Experience in requirements gathering and project lifecycle.
• Building training materials and delivering training.
• Marketing Cloud and AgentForce experience are nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training on the Salesforce CRM platform, configuring and building out customer business processes.
• Responsible for end-to-end Salesforce implementation.
• Work alongside senior staff to carry out workshops, requirements gathering, configuration and training delivery to customers.
