Job summary

NimbusPoint, located in Leeds with services extending to the Midlands and London, is seeking a Senior Salesforce Consultant with extensive Education Industry experience to deliver high-value cloud solutions on the Salesforce platform.

You will lead training, configure customer workflows, and manage end-to-end Salesforce implementations, working with senior staff on workshops, requirements gathering, and training delivery to clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years Salesforce experience.
• Experience leading a team.
• Experience with multiple Salesforce clouds.
• Experience configuring Salesforce: objects, flows, Lightning, page layouts, reporting and data loading.
• Experience in requirements gathering and project lifecycle.
• Building training materials and delivering training.
• Marketing Cloud and AgentForce experience are nice to have.

Responsibilities

Deliver training on the Salesforce CRM platform, configuring and building out customer business processes.

Responsible for end‑to‑end Salesforce implementation.

Work alongside senior staff to carry out workshops, requirements gathering, configuration and training delivery to customers.

Qualifications & Skills

• Excellent listening skills to fully understand customer requirements and pain points.
• Ability to handle multiple, simultaneous client projects.

• Minimum 5 years Salesforce experience.
