What You’ll Be Doing:

In this client facing role, you’ll work closely with clients to design and implement Salesforce solutions that make a real impact. You’ll have the opportunity to lead projects, influence decision-making, and collaborate with talented colleagues in an environment that values expertise, creativity, and career growth.

You will take ownership of end-to-end Salesforce projects, ensuring high-quality delivery while balancing both functional and technical responsibilities. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Leading discovery workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into well-defined user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria.
  • Designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that address complex business challenges.
  • Managing stakeholders at all levels, providing strategic guidance and ensuring solutions align with business goals.
  • Hands-on configuration and development, leveraging declarative tools as well as Apex, Lightning Web Components, and other custom solutions when needed.
  • Overseeing data migration, ensuring accuracy and seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Driving project success, managing timelines, risks, budgets, and delivering regular status updates.
  • Leading testing efforts, including unit testing, system testing, and UAT.
  • Mentoring junior consultants, sharing knowledge, and helping them grow their Salesforce expertise.

What We’re Looking For:

To be successful, you’ll need to be a dynamic and results-driven Salesforce Consultant with a strong blend of technical and functional expertise. You might currently be working at a Salesforce Partner and looking for a bigger role with more responsibility, or perhaps you're in a large consultancy and eager to make a greater impact in a more agile, fast-paced environment where you can wear different hats.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven track record of delivering successful Salesforce solutions across the full project lifecycle.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide and mentor junior team members.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset, comfortable wearing multiple hats across different projects.
  • Deep functional expertise, including requirements gathering, business analysis, stakeholder management, and project delivery.
  • Familiarity with query languages such as SQL and SOQL (desirable but not essential).
  • Salesforce Certifications with a commitment to continuous learning.

This is a techno-functional role - while you don’t need to be a full-time developer, you should have some hands-on experience and be comfortable getting involved in technical aspects when required.
