Job summary

Loop Horizon is seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect specialising in Marketing Cloud and Data 360 to shape and deliver scalable Salesforce marketing and customer data solutions for clients. You will provide technical leadership from discovery through implementation and optimisation, working with stakeholders to translate ambitions into architecture and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Significant experience designing Salesforce solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Roles as Solution/Marketing Tech Architect on Salesforce programmes.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Data Extensions, Personalisation, APIs.
• Strong data architecture skills, identity management and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data 360 solutions with target architectures and roadmaps.
• Oversee deployment of a composable architecture integrating Data 360 with enterprise data warehouse and platforms.
• Define data integration patterns (batch, near-real-time, real-time) with governance principles.
• Lead architecture workshops and deliver high-quality designs and diagrams.
• Provide technical leadership and ensure adherence to best practices; identify risks and non-functional requirements early.
• Support pre-sales activities and present solutions to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Data Lead to deploy data models underpinning campaign execution.
• Ensure data syndication across paid media and personalised journeys across channels.
• Stay current with Salesforce product roadmap and mentor the Salesforce practice.
