Job summary

Harri in London seeks an experienced Salesforce Architect to own strategy, design, and scalability of Salesforce as the system of record. You’ll partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to keep CRM scalable, well-documented, and ready for growth.

Ideal candidates have 8–10+ years in Salesforce architecture, CTA or equivalent credentials, and a track record in complex B2B SaaS data models, integrations, and AI-enabled automation.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of Salesforce architecture experience.
• CTA or equivalent credential preferred.
• Experience designing complex account/data hierarchies for B2B SaaS.
• Proven capability to lead data migrations and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end CRM strategy across Salesforce and related systems.
• Map processes and data flows to ensure a coherent data model.
• Lead AI strategy and automation within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Manage multi-phase Salesforce roadmaps and governance.
• Partner with Admin and Developer to deliver solutions and mentor peers.
