Job summary

Third Republic Limited, partnering with a Cyber Security organisation in the North West, is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to become the internal SME. You will define the Salesforce roadmap, implement best practices, and drive user adoption across the business.

Based in London, but fully remote with monthly office travel, the role focuses on stakeholder liaison, reports and dashboards, training, and ROI maximisation from the platform. 25 days annual leave are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience administering Salesforce
• Ability to liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements
• Experience driving user adoption and training

Responsibilities

• Liaise with stakeholders to implement new functionality meeting business processes
• Become the inhouse SME for Salesforce
• Drive user adoption through training and best practices to maximise ROI
• Create reports and dashboards for business leaders
• Work remotely with monthly office travel
