Job summary

Third Republic Limited is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to be the internal champion of their Salesforce platform in Manchester. You'll bridge Sales and Marketing, acting as the Salesforce expert to understand system projects and drive adoption.

Stay current with the latest releases, identify new features to boost ROI, and deliver training to promote best-practice use. The role requires ADM201 certification (or equivalent) and hands-on Salesforce experience, especially with Sales Cloud.

Qualifications

• Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) preferred.
• Minimum two years hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
• Strong Salesforce customization and configuration skills.
• Proven stakeholder management experience.
• Track record of driving user adoption through training (on desk or video).
• Experience with Sales Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Be the Salesforce expert between Sales and Marketing, guiding system projects and championing org evolution.
• Keep up to date with releases and identify new functionality to drive adoption and ROI.
