Logix IT Recruitment Limited is recruiting a Senior Salesforce Administrator for a fully remote role with occasional on-site visits to Bradford. You will lead a team of four junior Salesforce Administrators and drive solutions in highly regulated environments, including FCA, finance, health, and legal sectors. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as Salesforce Administrator in a complex enterprise environment.
• Experience designing and implementing solutions in highly regulated environments (FCA, finance, health, legal).
• Expert-level proficiency with Salesforce admin tools (Advanced Flow Builder, Lightning App Builder, Object Manager, Sharing Architecture, Data Loader, Platform Health/Security).
• Strong governance concepts, sandbox lifecycle management, and full delivery lifecycle management.

Senior Salesforce Administrator (Fully remote working)

Our client, a Christian led charity, are needing to hire a Senior salesforce administrator with experience of salesforce nonprofit cloud. A large part of the role will be to lead and coach a team of 4 junior salesforce Administrators.

The role is fully remote with 1 onsite visit every 6 weeks in Bradford, West Yorkshire. All expenses including accommodation will be covered.

CANDIDATES WISHING TO BE CONSIDERED MUST BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE AT INTERVIEW THAT THEY ARE FOLLOWERS OF THE CHRISTIAN FAITH.

Essential

• A minimum of 3 years experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a complex, enterprise environment.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing solutions that require compliance with highly regulated environments (eg, FCA, finance, health, legal).
• Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce administration tools, including Advanced Flow Builder, Lightning App Builder, Object Manager, Sharing Architecture, Data Loader, and Platform Health/Security tools.
• A strong foundation in modern platform governance concepts, sandbox life cycle management, and full delivery life cycle management.

Desirable

• Experience developing solutions on Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, NPSP, or Experience Cloud.
• Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or equivalent high-level platform certifications.
• Demonstrable experience with modern AppExchange release, automation, and integration products (eg, Gearset, Copado, Findock, Form Assembly).
• Experience working within a product-led, cross-functional Agile team using tools like Jira with a clear Agile mindset.

Salary: £45,000 per annum.
