About the role

Senior Sales Training Manager – Senior Telesales Coach – Do you have a passion for teaching B2B sales? Are you a positive influencer and performance improver? We’re looking for someone who can design and deliver sales floor training and development in a high volume, high performance, telephone-based B2B sales environment.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000, plus superb bonus structure.

Role Overview

• Develop and deliver training for sales teams including Graduate Lead Generators, Sales Consultants, and Business Development Managers.
• Create training materials and resources tailored to team needs.
• Proactively identify training needs and address them effectively.

The Person

• Experience coaching and training in a B2B sales environment, ideally with large teams or call centers.
• Ability to design effective training plans and materials.
• Motivated, dynamic communicator, and visible in a fast-paced setting.
