Senior Sales Support Engineer - UK

Are you a Process or Mechanical Engineer with strong technical knowledge of processing equipment?

Have you worked in a client-facing role, selling to engineering houses in the UK?

Are you located in the UK with a willingness to travel?

This role is with a global engineering company that is a leader in sustainable technology, providing end-to-end solutions and services for the mining, aggregates, and oil & gas industries. The position reports to the Minerals Director for Europe & North Africa.

Due to an upcoming retirement, they are seeking a Senior Sales Support Engineer to collaborate with a European technical sales team, providing technical support across their product range within the region, and developing business with new and existing clients.

Requirements:

1. Strong technical knowledge of mineral processing equipment.
2. Extensive experience and knowledge of the minerals and mining industry.
3. Ability to communicate professionally and technically at all levels, both internally and with customers, including UK-based EPC/Engineering Houses.
4. Proven track record in customer-facing sales, including generating new clients and account development.
5. A positive and flexible attitude, eagerness to learn, and a commitment to "Customer Service Excellence".
