Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, data analytics, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Six+ years of experience in financial operations, payments, or business analysis.
• Experience with financial systems, ERP, databases, and management reporting tools.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills with large datasets.
• Experience validating data accuracy, identifying trends, and producing reports/visualizations.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Support operation and execution of global payments across financial platforms.
• Partner with accounts payable/receivable, procurement operations and services.
• Investigate and resolve complex financial transaction, data, and system issues.
• Lead information management, reporting and data visualization efforts.
• Audit system outputs and validate financial data accuracy, analytics, and reporting.
• Identify root causes and lead process improvement initiatives.
• Translate analyses into clear insights for business decisions.
• Collaborate with BI teams to operationalize identified opportunities.
• Support leadership, coaching, and knowledge sharing on data privacy.
