Qualifications

• Experience in a sales operations, analytics, or consulting role within a media, retail media, or advertising environment.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights and storytelling.
• Experience partnering with sales teams and senior stakeholders to influence decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and interpret sales performance data to identify growth opportunities across clients and categories.
• Develop deep understanding of sales performance with regular deep dives and sales-team sessions to drive improvements.
• Design and deliver dashboards and reporting frameworks with cross-functional teams (Finance, Product).
• Own and evolve sales performance reporting for stakeholders at all levels with actionable insights.
• Monitor and evaluate key sales KPIs to inform decision-making and strategy.
• Support sales planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting and tracking.
• Optimise sales processes and tools to improve efficiency across teams.
