Director at Central Staffing Solutions Ltd - UK Real Estate and Property Recruitment Specialists

Due to expansion, I am currently recruiting on behalf of my ambitious, growing client, based in York, for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join their established team on a full-time, permanent contract.

The successful applicant will be joining an award-winning, independent agency who values its staff and offers genuine progression and development opportunities.

The role of the Senior Sales Negotiator will be a mix of day-to-day Senior Sales Negotiation with additional Management responsibilities.

The successful candidate will handle all viewings, negotiation, property marketing, and sales progression with some additional management of a small team, handling complaints, queries from both colleagues and buyers, and offering day-to-day expertise as and when required. You will work closely with the company's directors, providing advice and guidance whilst also managing in their absence.

About the role:
  • Professionally deal with clients face-to-face, by phone, and email
  • Build rapport when booking market appraisals, viewings, etc.
  • Constantly canvass for new business and opportunities
  • Deal with tenant queries and resolve any issues
  • Consistently conduct vendor and applicant management
  • Daily administrative duties
  • Provide support to colleagues and management
  • Conduct viewings
  • Basic salary up to £35,000 - dependent on experience
  • Additional Bonus Scheme/Commission
  • Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm
About you:
  • Previous experience in Sales Negotiation/Senior Sales Negotiation is essential
  • Exceptional Customer Service
  • Full UK Driving Licence with access to own vehicle - essential
  • Team Management experience will be advantageous
  • Must be well-presented
  • Self-motivated and target driven
  • Ability to work under your own initiative
  • Customer-focused attitude
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multi-task
