The Role

We're seeking a self-employed Sales Negotiator to help grow our East London presence. This is a commission-only role designed for someone who wants independence, flexibility, and high earning potential.

• 25% commission on company-supplied stock
• 40% commission on self-generated instructions
• £250 bonus for 3+ sales per calendar month
• +£1,000 for every extra £50K after
• 3-month probation bonus: £500 for 6+ sales
• Full sales progression support included
• Hackney
• Leyton / Leytonstone
• Walthamstow

• Bethnal Green

(Local knowledge is a big advantage.)

• Sales or lettings experience (1+ year preferred)
