RBH Hospitality Management Ltd is recruiting a Director of Sales & Marketing for the new Yotel London City property. You will lead strategic sales initiatives, manage key accounts, and shape the hotel's commercial strategy from the front.

Qualifications

• Five years+ in hospitality sales or related senior sales role.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and channels.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Sales Leadership: develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy.
• Account Management & Business Development: own key corporate and agency accounts and grow market share.
• Client Relationship Management: build long-term client relationships and negotiate rates.
• Brand & Market Positioning: define value proposition and ensure consistent messaging across channels.
• Marketing Support: collaborate with central marketing and digital teams to maximise local opportunities.
• Revenue Optimisation: analyse market trends with Revenue Manager to improve RevPAR and profitability.
• Team Leadership & Collaboration: lead on-property commercial team and drive performance.
• Reporting & Insights: provide timely sales and marketing performance data to stakeholders.
