Bloom Energy, the world’s leading distributed power generation fuel cell company, is looking for aSales Director to join its world-class team focused solely on the European Data Center market. This individual should be a dynamic professional who is looking for a rewarding future in one of today’s most exciting technologies as the world seeks cleaner, more reliable energy sources.
We are seeking a self-starter that is an experienced, progressive Sales Executive that is motivated by helping customers solve the big energy challenges of reliability, sustainability, time to power and rising costs of electricity for data centers. This is a Senior Strategic Sales Executive role with strong commercial experience and a collaborative style across the sector.
Preferred leaders would have successfully led new business development teams, been a leader in other functional areas like product, finance or marketing/business development, and have a record of accomplishment with breakthrough technology wins in the data center space. In other words, a well-rounded customer capture executive that thrives by leading a Deal Team approach to win. It is critical that this individual bring long-standing executive relationships with leading data center developers, tenants, and vendors. A solid understanding of the legislative environments in European markets is critical, as well as the emerging real estate markets attracting new data center development.

Bloom Energy is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The total compensation for this position includes standard company benefits and is based on various factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience.
You are also eligible for participation in the Bloom Energy Sales Bonus Plan. In this plan, your variable compensation will be determined based on individual attainment of guidance, team/segment achievement and other discretionary elements. The Sales Bonus Percentage for this role is currently set at 100% of the base salary.
