Job summary

Charles Tyrwhitt is seeking a Senior Sales Assistant for the Bicester Village store. The role is a 40-hour contract with overtime, requiring weekend and bank holiday availability and readiness for opening/closing shifts.

You will work with the management team to deliver outstanding customer service, product knowledge, and sales performance while maintaining visual standards and operational accuracy across deliveries, transfers and merchandising.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in apparel or customer-facing role.
• Key holder experience prior to or within the role.
• Strong customer service and selling skills.
• Enthusiastic, proactive team player with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in collaboration with the management team, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Provide expert product knowledge to customers and promote store ranges and promotions.
• Support supervision, coaching and performance of Sales Assistants to meet and exceed targets.
• Handle deliveries, transfers and merchandising promptly and accurately.
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards and store housekeeping in line with VM and safety guidelines.
